At this point, it's a well-known fact that Rihanna can make even the most adventurous of ensembles look as effortless as a "no makeup makeup look." Whether it's hair, makeup, nails, or clothes, the beauty empress just knows how to put together a look no one else would think of. From her numerous Met Gala appearances to countless red carpet looks, street style slays, and even her Super Bowl performance, there are never any misses from her. So, of course, her latest look also gagged us.
On December 18, the pop icon walked the red carpet for the latest Fenty x Puma sneaker launch party in Los Angeles. Obviously, Miss Fenty herself came dressed to the nines in the most maximalist, colorful outfit that we just couldn't get enough of.
Immediately upon seeing the look, we were drawn right to her eyes. Larger than life and full of pigment, her eye makeup extended far past the usual borders of eyeshadow. With varying shades of purple, her eyes had an ombrè effect from her inner corners to the far ends of her eyebrows. Dark purple shadow was dusted in the shape of a wing, as well as in her inner corner to give her eyes a siren effect. A shimmering lavender chrome shadow was placed on her lids, and was brought up to her brows for even more glamour.
The rest of her makeup look consisted of glowy, hydrated skin with a touch of blush and contour. Her lips were lined with a deep pink and filled in with a lighter shade with a glossy finish.
Her nails were the next thing that caught our eye—a feat considering her jacket of choice was an over-the-top fluffy light purple coat layered over a thin purple Chanel leather jacket. Shorter and squared off, each nail was a golden chrome color. As shiny as the lavender highlight on her eyes, it paired perfectly with the colorful ensemble and jewelry.
Underneath the aforementioned two jackets sat layers of chokers with multi-colored beads and gold details. Her earrings matched the necklaces with multi-colored gemstones. Then, oversized jeans, purple Puma sneakers, and a Connor Ives lacy tank top finished off the look.
