Breakfast
Aniston starts her day with plenty of protein, sharing that her go to breakfast is avocado and eggs. and a shake, to which she'll add maca powder and cinnamon to.
Another one of Aniston's go-to breakfasts? A smoothie, which always includes some sort of pure protein, bananas, berries, and a mix of greens. Yum.
Lunch and Dinner
"I’m much more mindful about what I eat and conscious of my ingredients," she says. "I try to practice balance by eating a proper amount of protein, vegetables, and water and exercising."
Aniston keeps it simple for both lunch and dinner, opting for "some form of vegetables or salad with protein—pretty basic." Her dinner is "probably the same," though she's been known to mix it up with a chicken burger wrapped in lettuce.
Snacks
Even celebrities enjoy a good snack. Aniston's pick is a healthy one, such asan apple and almond butter or just an apple and some nuts. She also likes raw vegetables and hard-boiled eggs, which she keeps in her fridge as staples in case the munchies strike.
Indulgences
While Mexican food used to be her vice, Aniston can't resist a good plate of pasta when it comes time to indulge now, favoring a classic carbonara.
Another Italian classic Aniston can't get enough of is pizza—she even has her own pizza oven! The actress loves having friends over for a DIY pizza night, and because you can't have pizza and pasta without it, she of course loves wine. Aniston also has a glass-encased wine room at her house (cue the jealousy).

Ever since becoming Chief Creative Officer for Vital Proteins (she has been using the brand's Collagen Powder since 2014 and puts it in her smoothies), Aniston has helped revamp their protein bars, creating Vital Proteins & Jennifer Aniston Protein and Collagen Bars. Physical Health
Aniston's love of exercise and fitness makes her a no-brainer for any brand partnership with a similar philosophy. Her latest role is as a partner for fitness company Pvolve, which she discovered in 2021 while recovering from a back injury. Founded in 2017 with the goal of creating a low impact exercise regimen with big results, Pvolve offers both in-person and online workouts. In addition to being a spokesperson, she also weighs in on product development and programming strategy.
Of the many great things about Pvolve, Aniston says that she loves how many options are offered. "You can kind of curate your workouts for how much time you have, or what your body's doing, or what equipment you have," she says.
Mental Health
To keep her life centered, Aniston is a huge fan of meditation. "I wake up; I meditate, I walk the dogs," she says, adding that after this she'll wash her face (with Aveeno's Positively Radiant Brightening Facial Cleanser, of course) and start her day. "If I were to skip my daily practice or miss a few days, I would notice a difference."
