You can always count on Julia Roberts for a killer pair of bangs. While she is most known for her iconic '80s romcom curls, bangs have become her signature hairstyle in more recent years—whether it's the '70s bangs that started her fringe obsession or the effortless French bangs she most recently wore. However, her latest iteration might be her chicest yet.
On January 29, the Hollywood mainstay was in the coastal French town of Saint-Paul-De-Vence to attend Jacquemus's "Les Sculptures" fashion show alongside other A-listers like Kylie Jenner and Jack Harlow. Roberts sat front row to watch the likes of Gigi Hadid model the brand's latest designs, while the actor debuted her latest bangs.
Different from the aforementioned '70s and French iterations, this cut was more of a classic, voluminous fringe. Her bangs grazed her eyelashes, and the rest of her chest-grazing hair was styled in loose, flowy waves.
Her bangs, on the other hand, were pretty much pin-straight. From their roots to their ends, they laid straight, and had a wispy effect that gave her an effortless vibe. The entire look was understated, chic, and perfect to match her full Jacquemus ensemble, which was just as classic as her hair.
Roberts's outfit was sleek and all-black from top to bottom. Her top, jacket, and dress were all the same garment—an oversized, structured, corseted blazer-like piece with a turned-in collar and shoulder pads. Underneath the dress, she layered barely sheer, dark black tights that flowed all the way into her pointy black heels. Before sitting down, Roberts posed for pictures with oversized circular black sunglasses and a small black purse.
Behind the glasses, she kept her glam ultra-simple. Her complexion was hydrated and radiant, and she lined her eyes with dark black liner. She finished off the makeup with light pink lips.
